Body Massage - Continuous flowing strokes are used increasing blood flow to the area. As the area warms, tense muscles relax helping to relieve stress and tension; this can have a positive effect on poor sleep patterns and helps to relieve pain. Circulation and lymph drainage improve. You will feel revitalised, relaxed with a sense of well-being.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage - A much deeper massage used to treat and prevent many injuries.  It can be used to help correct postural problems caused by muscle imbalances. This treatment is used to break down adhesions, and help any scar tissue to heal along the line of pull, allowing muscles, tendons and ligaments to move freely. Stretches are often used.

A system of deep tissue manipulation and movement education, taking place over 3 or 12 seperate and progressive sessions. Sturctural Integration is an individual and personal process, this multi session protocol of myofascial manipulation is designed to unwind the strain patterns residing in your body, restoring it to it’s naural balance, alignment, length and ease. Some come to ease chronic pain and stiffness, others to improve athletic performance. Both children and older people can benefit from from improved structural alignment.“It’s not the load that weighs you down .... It’s the way that you carry it”
